Chino Hills Voters: Mail Ballots Are Out for the Nov. 3 City Election

Chino Hills is a city in San Bernardino County, California. Chino Hills holds its general municipal election on Nov. 3, and the San Bernardino County Registrar of Voters began mailing voter information guides and vote-by-mail ballots on Oct. 5. Ballots are prepaid: mail them back postmarked on or before Nov. 3, or drop them off by 8:00 p.m. on Election Day at a ballot drop box, any voting location, or the county elections office. An official drop box stands in front of the Chino Hills Branch Library (14020 City Center Drive), and the City Clerk's Office at City Hall (14000 City Center Drive) also accepts ballots. Voters will elect City Council members in Districts 1, 2 and 4 and decide Measure J, a proposed additional 1% local sales tax expected to raise about $11.5 million a year for city services.
