Harvest Realty Opens San Francisco Office With Ribbon-Cutting at 150 Executive Park

SAN FRANCISCO — San Francisco is a city in San Francisco County, California (a consolidated city-county). Harvest Realty held a ribbon-cutting ceremony on October 11 for its new San Francisco office, in front of the building at 150 Executive Park Boulevard. Beneath a "GRAND OPENING" backdrop and a red banner bearing the company's Chinese name, more than a dozen guests cut a blue ribbon as dozens of real estate professionals and friends gathered for group photos amid congratulatory flower stands.

According to information posted by an attendee on the day of the event, the office is located at 150 Executive Park Blvd, Unit 3625, San Francisco, CA 94134, and offers residential buying and selling, investment, business expansion and property management services. The opening extends Harvest Realty's service area from Southern California to the San Francisco Bay Area.

Harvest Realty Development, Inc. was founded in 2014 by Christine Li and John Zhang and is headquartered in Pasadena (50 N Hill Ave #301). According to its official website, the firm's services include home buying and selling and property management; the brokerage built its business in Los Angeles and Orange counties and is known for serving the Chinese community. In January 2025, Harvest Realty joined The Real Brokerage Inc. (NASDAQ: REAX), a real estate technology company, under Real's Private Label program while keeping its own brand, according to Real. At the time, the firm had about 550 agents and had closed 1,627 home sales totaling $2.4 billion in 2024, and 5,210 sales totaling $6.8 billion since its founding.
