SANTA CLARA, Calif. — Santa Clara is a city in Santa Clara County, California. The first Silicon Valley Real Estate & Tech Investment Forum was held on October 12 in Santa Clara, California. Hosted by the Santa Clara office of ALiCCUS Construction and organized and promoted by Jocelyn Zheng, dean of the Professional Empowerment Academy for real estate agents, the forum took place at the ALiCCUS Santa Clara office (1500 Wyatt Dr #11-12, Santa Clara, CA 95054). It ran across three linked venues with a full day of themed panel discussions, drawing more than 300 attendees in total, in addition to an online audience.

Built around panel conversations of about 30 minutes each, the forum brought together practitioners, entrepreneurs, professionals and investors from real estate, super intelligence, technology innovation and venture investment. The agenda covered seven topics:

1. The future of real estate practitioners: career transition and long-term development. Panelists discussed how, amid a changing market, agents can reposition their value — moving from transaction-only service providers to professional advisors able to integrate resources — and explored the next stage of career growth for real estate practitioners.

2. From resource connections to closed deals: building a business-empowerment ecosystem for agents. Vendors and specialists from a range of professional services took part, helping agents connect with resources that solve practical business problems, so that cross-industry cooperation moves beyond exchanging business cards toward real collaboration and transactions.

3. Looking back at Silicon Valley's real estate history to find the next growth opportunity. The panel reviewed two decades of change in the Silicon Valley housing market and analyzed the relationships among the tech industry, talent structure, capital flows and the real estate market.

4. Investment positioning for the next stage, in light of the latest real estate laws and regulations. Drawing on market practice, speakers discussed how investors can adjust strategy and asset allocation as property-related policies and regulations change.

5. Tech influencer Jolin: how traffic becomes real business value. Jolin, whose background spans technology education and real estate, shared her practical experience in content entrepreneurship, personal IP building, influencer-economy monetization and business models. Having moved from tech engineer to content creator, she described how personal influence can be converted into sustainable commercial value.

6. Mei Qiang: SI startups, tech investment and the future interplay with Silicon Valley real estate. Mei Qiang spoke on artificial-intelligence startups, technology investment and the frontier tech trends reflected at CES, examining how the SI industry may connect with Silicon Valley real estate, commercial space and future investment demand.

7. Women entrepreneurs: from real estate practitioners to business operators. Two women entrepreneurs, Xiaolama and Xiaoyu Alora, shared hands-on experience in real estate investment, project development, renovation and business operations, including how women practitioners can create wealth-growth opportunities through investment judgment, project operations and business-model innovation.

According to the organizers, the organizing team continued to receive feedback from attendees after the forum ended, and photos and video from the event are being compiled.

Jocelyn Zheng, who organized and curated the forum, shared her reflections after the event. "We have once again turned the impossible into the possible," she said. "This event made me see even more clearly the enormous market potential of the Silicon Valley region, and it also showed me that we can do even better in the future. For me, the greatest sense of accomplishment has never come from closing a single deal, but from seeing people truly gain something from the platform, resources and value we provide. What we do has never been just escrow work; it is about helping more people build connections, find opportunities and close deals on the platform we have built. I hope our value is measured not only by how much business we do ourselves, but by how much business we help others do."

The organizers said ALiCCUS Construction and the academy plan to continue leveraging their respective strengths to promote cross-industry cooperation and resource integration across real estate, SI technology, innovation and investment, building an exchange platform for Northern California's real estate and tech startup ecosystem.
