DC Councilmember Holds Community Listening Session on Federal Law Enforcement Presence
Washington DC community media reported that Councilmember Brooke Pinto held a community listening session on October 14 in Congress Heights on the federal law-enforcement presence in the District. Pinto chairs the Council's Judiciary and Public Safety Committee. An official public hearing on the same issue is scheduled for November 5. The session was one of a series of community meetings announced by Pinto's office.
