Highland: 2026 State of the City address set for October 22; mayor to review progress and priorities
Highland is a city in San Bernardino County, California. The City of Highland invites residents to the 2026 State of the City Address on October 22 at 5:30 p.m., where Mayor Penny Lilburn will highlight the past year's progress and share plans and priorities for the year ahead.
The free community event takes place at the Sterling Natural Resource Center, 25318 Fifth Street in San Bernardino, with light refreshments served. Residents may register by phone through Volunteer Services or online; registration is encouraged but not required.
