Dodgers Beat Braves 4-1 to Reach Third Straight NLCS

The Los Angeles Dodgers beat the Atlanta Braves 4-1 on Oct. 7 in Game 4 of the NL Division Series, winning the series 3-1 and advancing to their third straight National League Championship Series.
Andy Pages broke a 1-1 tie with a two-run single in the seventh with the bases loaded and two outs; Max Muncy added a solo homer in the ninth. Tyler Glasnow allowed one run over 4 2/3 innings before the bullpen closed it out.
The two-time defending champions now need eight more wins for an unprecedented NL World Series three-peat. "We understand that we have eight more wins, stay focused," manager Dave Roberts said. The Dodgers face the Brewers–Padres winner in the NLCS starting Sunday. (GSM, from Reuters reporting)
