Virginia Releases $67 Million for Home Energy Efficiency to Lower Energy Bills
Virginia Governor Abigail Spanberger announced on Oct. 8 the release of more than $67 million in available Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI) funds. The money, previously withheld by the former administration, will help households across the state cut monthly energy bills through home energy-efficiency upgrades while improving home safety. The governor described the release as part of her agenda to lower living costs and provide affordable, reliable energy.
