Delaware Health Care Credentialing Law Aims to Speed Provider Enrollment
Delaware's Health Care Professional Access Act sets statewide credentialing standards, response deadlines for payers and, in some cases, provisional credentialing to shorten the wait for clinicians joining health plan networks. Governor Matt Meyer signed the measure on September 8, with the uniform application framework taking effect January 1, 2028.
