Louisiana Coastal Parishes Open Sandbag Sites as Isaias Approaches
With southeastern Louisiana under tropical storm and storm surge warnings from Hurricane Isaias, the Governor's Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness urged residents to stock water, food, medicine and documents. Parishes including St. Tammany and Terrebonne opened self-service sandbag locations ahead of coastal flooding.
