DR Power Recalls Over 42,000 Trimmer Mowers Over Fire Risk
The CPSC announced that DR Power Equipment is recalling more than 42,000 Pilot and Premier walk-behind trimmer mowers because grass and debris can build up inside and ignite. The company has received 19 reports of fires, including two minor burn injuries. The mowers were sold from November 2022 at Ace, TSC and other stores and online for about $380 to $550. Owners should stop using them and follow the recall instructions. (Source: U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission)
