Mexico City Mayor Brugada Delivers Report to Congress, Announces University Agreements
Mexican media reported on October 14 that Mexico City head of government Clara Brugada delivered her report to the Mexico City Congress on October 14 and announced agreements with the National Autonomous University of Mexico and the Secretariat of Science, Humanities and Technology creating new opportunities for the city's university students. The announcement of the agreements had been trailed by Brugada ahead of the report. The address to the capital's congress is an annual fixture in the city's political calendar.
