Anaheim Industrial Campus by Angel Stadium Now Fully Leased to Advanced Manufacturers

ANAHEIM — Anaheim is a city in Orange County, California. An industrial site long considered nearly impossible to redevelop is now fully leased. According to an October 14 announcement by Pacific Industrial via EIN Presswire, its Stadium Landing campus has been fully leased: the approximately 340,000-square-foot Class A industrial campus sits on 17.5 contiguous acres between Angel Stadium and the Honda Center in Anaheim, and both buildings are leased to advanced manufacturing operations.

The announcement said redevelopment of the property had stalled for decades. A 50-year master ground lease signed in 1973 encumbered much of the land, ownership was divided among family estates, a hospital and a church, and more than 40 tenant leases ultimately had to be wound down before construction could begin. Pacific Industrial began working through those issues in 2017, acquiring the original 8.5-acre parcel and negotiating termination of the ground lease, then acquired the adjacent nine-acre North Stadium Business Center the following year to create the 17.5-acre assemblage.

Co-founder Dan Floriani described assembling the property, terminating the 1973 ground lease and working through dozens of existing leases. CEO Bud Pharris said the company is expanding its industrial real estate development and acquisition business across the Western United States.

The campus sits in the geographic center of Orange County, next to Anaheim's two major sports venues. The announcement did not disclose the tenants' names or lease terms.
