Sony Unveils October PS Plus Game Catalog: Nine Titles Arrive in Waves, Led by Horizon Forbidden West
Sony Interactive Entertainment has announced the October 2026 PlayStation Plus Game Catalog lineup on the official PlayStation Blog. Subscribers to the Extra and Premium tiers will receive nine titles in three waves — seven Game Catalog games and two Premium classics.
The rollout began with The Midnight Walk (PS5), available October 14 in the United States and the United Kingdom and October 15 in Japan. The biggest wave lands worldwide on October 20: Mafia: The Old Country (PS5), a crime saga set in early-20th-century Sicily; Horizon Forbidden West (PS5, PS4), Aloy's open-world journey west; and Mycopunk (PS5), a four-player co-op shooter joining the catalog on its release day. The same day, Premium adds the classics Dino Crisis 2 and RollerCoaster Tycoon 3 Complete Edition, plus game trials for Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy and Mortal Shell II.
Three more titles follow on October 27 for the U.S., U.K., Japan and other listed regions: Poppy Playtime: Chapter 2, Tales of Arise – Beyond the Dawn Edition and Monster Energy Supercross 25. Sony also detailed October HorrorFest extras, including a World War Z Halloween skin pack, a free Back 4 Blood expansion for a limited window and a Dead by Daylight community challenge, and noted that catalog lineups may vary by region.
