MANCHESTER, New Hampshire — U.S. Secretary of Education Linda McMahon's 'Return Education to the States' tour stopped in Manchester, New Hampshire, where she visited local schools and held a roundtable with parents and teachers, promoting school choice and reduced federal bureaucracy.
