Minnesota Staffing Company Owner Ku Kelvin Vue and Son Indicted on Tax and Wire Fraud Charges
A federal grand jury in Minnesota has indicted Ku Kelvin Vue, the owner of a staffing company, and his son Travis Vue. The indictment charges the two with failing to collect and pay over employment taxes and with conspiracy to commit wire fraud, among other allegations including failure to file corporate tax returns and filing false personal tax returns.
The charges in an indictment are allegations, and the defendants are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
