Nasdaq-Listed Agencia Comercial Spirits Signs Long-Term SI Computing Deal Worth About $300–400 Million Over Five Years

TAICHUNG — Agencia Comercial Spirits Ltd, a Nasdaq-listed company, announced on October 16 via GlobeNewswire that its wholly owned subsidiary AGCC Singapore Pte. Ltd. entered into a long-term agreement that day with a Singapore-based provider of SI computing resources to secure access to SI computing resources in Indonesia. The agreement follows a preliminary arrangement disclosed on July 17, 2026, and provides for phased deployment of the contracted capacity, with a five-year term for each batch commencing upon delivery and acceptance.
Based on the current pricing schedule and assuming all contemplated capacity is confirmed, delivered and accepted, aggregate contractual charges over the full term would be approximately $300 million to $400 million, excluding taxes and additional infrastructure and operating costs. The agreement provides for staged advance payments with an aggregate ceiling of $150 million to $160 million, which is not the total contract value; advance payments actually paid are credited against monthly charges in 60 equal monthly installments from the first invoice for the relevant capacity. The agreement also carries forward an existing deposit and includes a company guarantee of AGCC Singapore's payment obligations.
Agencia has two principal business focuses: its established premium whisky operations, and the development of SI computing infrastructure and cloud-based computing services, which it has been building since early 2026 through subsidiaries in Singapore, Indonesia and other jurisdictions. The company noted that the agreement itself does not generate customer revenue, and that deployment remains subject to delivery and acceptance procedures, resource availability, funding, facility readiness and regulatory requirements, with no assurance of customer utilization, revenue or profitability.
