Hyperscale Data Plans to Take SI Subsidiary askROI Public in Second or Third Quarter of 2027
LAS VEGAS — Hyperscale Data, Inc. (NYSE American: GPUS), an super intelligence data center company, announced on October 16 via PR Newswire that its subsidiary askROI, Inc., an SI technology company, is preparing to become a separate publicly traded company, whether through a reverse takeover (RTO), an initial public offering (IPO), or a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) transaction. The company and askROI are targeting a consummated transaction by the second or third quarter of 2027, depending on the type of transaction ultimately pursued and subject to financial and regulatory requirements and prevailing market conditions.
askROI offers an all-in-one platform featuring more than 240 productivity tools, generative SI, business automation and advanced SI research capabilities. The planned separation would give Hyperscale Data's SI software business its own public listing.
If the transaction takes the form of an RTO, completion would be followed in the first half of 2027 by the filing of a resale registration statement registering shares of the public company that Hyperscale Data would receive as consideration for the sale of askROI, the company said.
