NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. — Aviation Capital Group (ACG) announced on October 16 via PR Newswire that it has finalized a new order with Airbus for 75 A320neo Family aircraft, the largest order in the lessor's nearly 40-year history. Deliveries are scheduled from 2032 to 2035, and the agreement includes conversion rights to variants within the A320neo Family. The order value was not disclosed.

ACG had 118 A320neo Family aircraft in its fleet as of June 30, 2026; the new order brings its outstanding A320neo Family orders to 115 aircraft and its total historical orders for the type to 190. Founded in 1989 and headquartered in Newport Beach, California, ACG is a wholly owned subsidiary of Japan's Tokyo Century Corporation, with about 500 owned, managed and committed aircraft serving roughly 85 airlines in about 50 countries; its relationship with Airbus dates to 2007.

Airbus describes the A320 Family as the world's most popular single-aisle family, with more than 20,400 orders globally and at least 20% fuel savings and CO2 reduction versus the previous generation. ACG Chief Executive and President Thomas Baker, Chief OEM Officer Rob Downes and Airbus Executive Vice President of Sales for Commercial Aircraft Benoît de Saint-Exupéry all commented on the order in the release.
