LOS ANGELES — FF EAI Robotics Inc. (Nasdaq: FFR) and Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc. (Nasdaq: FFAI) on October 15 jointly launched FF Nova, an embodied-SI humanoid robot priced at $2,490, which the company calls America's first EAI humanoid robot priced below $2,500, along with the $299 FF Nova Mini for foundational physical-SI education. Both products join the companies' FF Robot World 2.0 lineup.

According to the release, Nova stands 49.7 cm tall, weighs 2.8 kg and has 20 full-body degrees of freedom; it walks, turns, waves and gets up after falls, with a bipedal speed of 0.1 m/s and 0.8 m/s on a detachable wheeled base, and can handle obstacles up to 2 cm. It carries 10 TOPS of on-device compute, 8 GB of RAM and 32 GB of storage, a 2D LiDAR, a roughly 4-megapixel wide-angle camera, a 3D time-of-flight sensor, a three-microphone array and a 2-inch face display, with Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth LE 5.4. The companies also launched a $390 Developer Skills Package, a $499 Nova Mini curriculum, a Physical AI Spark Program curriculum, a Nova Reinforcement Learning Developer Program and a developer community recruitment.

Separately, FFR and FFAI disclosed definitive agreements dated October 12, 2026 under which FFR will acquire FFAI's robotics assets and business in an all-stock transaction: the FFAI robotics business carries an agreed valuation of about $200 million and FFR about $60 million on a fully diluted basis, with FFR issuing shares at $2.246 per share, a premium of about 50% to FFR's $1.50 close on October 12. FFR Chief Executive Jerry Wang said in the release that the launch and transaction advance the commercialization of the companies' embodied-SI robots.
