Portugal Raises State Stake in Grid Operator REN to 19%

REN operates Portugal's national electricity and natural gas transmission networks. Its shares last traded at EUR 3.59 at the October 16 close on Xetra. The government did not disclose the price of the 5.3 percent acquisition. (GSM, based on Portuguese government statements and market reports)
