Nominations Open for New York State Craft Beverage Retailer Awards
Governor Kathy Hochul announced that nominations are open for the New York State Craft Beverage Retailer Awards, recognizing retailers that go above and beyond to showcase locally made beer, wine, cider, mead and spirits, Empire State Development announced on October 16.
The governor's office said these businesses support local farmers, strengthen regional economies and help grow an industry supporting more than 20,000 jobs statewide. Up to three winners will be recognized in each of five categories.
Nominations close on November 20, and eligible industry organizations and associations can nominate outstanding retailers. (GSM, based on the Empire State Development announcement)
