2026 California Wine Festival Arrives in Huntington Beach Oct. 16-17 for Two Days of Oceanfront Tastings
The 2026 California Wine Festival takes place Oct. 16-17 at the Paséa Hotel & Spa in Huntington Beach, Orange County, bringing hundreds of California wines, gourmet bites and live music to the oceanfront resort for two days.
The weekend opens Friday evening with the Sunset Rare & Reserve Tasting, held from 6:30 to 9 p.m. in Paséa's Sapphire Ballroom. The evening begins with a sparkling wine reception before guests move on to rare, reserve and limited-production wines, including hard-to-find trophy bottles that are often no longer in circulation. Top regional chefs will serve hot and cold appetizers while live music sets the mood. Tickets for the Friday event are limited.
California Wine Festival Executive Director Emily Kaufmann describes the Huntington Beach stop as "a vibrant weekend celebrating California wine culture by the ocean." Huntington Beach — known as Surf City USA — hosts the festival steps from the sand, and the California Wine Festival tours several California cities each year, with Huntington Beach among its regular stops.
