BIGBANG Wrap Three Taipei Dome Shows, Chatting With Fans in Mandarin and Promising to Return

TAIPEI — South Korean group BIGBANG wrapped up a three-night run at the Taipei Dome on Oct. 11. According to Taiwanese media, the three members mixed classic hits with newer material, repeatedly greeted the crowd in Mandarin, and closed the final show by inviting fans to 'wait for us to come back.'
Debuting in 2006, BIGBANG became one of the defining acts of K-pop's global rise with songs such as 'Fantastic Baby' and 'Bang Bang Bang.' The Taipei Dome stand — performed by G-Dragon, Taeyang and Daesung — was the group's largest Taiwan engagement in recent years.
Since opening, the Taipei Dome has become a first-choice venue for international acts playing Taiwan, and BIGBANG's three sold-out nights headlined a busy October concert season in the city.
