Santa Clara, Calif. — Week 6 of the NFL season closes with "Monday Night Football" on Monday (October 19) at 8:15 p.m. ET at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, where the 5-0 San Francisco 49ers host the 1-3-1 Washington Commanders. The game will be televised on ESPN and ABC.

San Francisco's +61 point differential through five weeks is the best in the league, and the 49ers are coming off a 32-29 win at Seattle. According to the final injury report published by the 49ers on Saturday, head coach Kyle Shanahan ruled out four players: wide receiver Deebo Samuel (hamstring), defensive end Nick Bosa (knee/calf), linebacker Garret Wallow (hamstring) and safety Marques Sigle (ankle). Six players are questionable, including wide receivers Mike Evans (ribs, Achilles) and Christian Kirk (calf); a decision on activating Kirk from injured reserve will be made Monday.

Fullback Kyle Juszczyk returns after missing the Seattle game with a knee injury that was initially expected to sideline him for about three weeks. "Juice has always been fast every time he's ever been hurt, but this was real impressive," Shanahan said.

Washington settled for a 27-27 tie with the New York Giants last week. Quarterback Jayden Daniels, returning from a dislocated elbow, ran for 103 yards and two touchdowns, but the Commanders' clock management in the final seconds of overtime cost them a chance to win. For Washington, running back Jacory Croskey-Merritt (groin) and backup quarterback Marcus Mariota (knee) are out, and wide receiver Stefon Diggs (hamstring) is questionable; the Commanders listed 22 players on their injury report.
