Wang Leehom to Close North American Leg of 'THE BEST PLACE II' Tour in San Jose on Dec. 19
SANTA CLARA — Mandopop singer-songwriter Wang Leehom will perform at SAP Center at San Jose in San Jose, Santa Clara County, California, on Saturday, December 19, at 8:00 p.m., closing out the North American leg of his "THE BEST PLACE II" world tour. The arena is located at 525 W Santa Clara St, San Jose, CA 95113. Tickets are on sale through Ticketmaster, with prices as listed on the official ticketing page.
According to the tour schedule published by Ticketmaster, the North American leg comprises four stops: TD Coliseum in Hamilton, Canada, on Wednesday, December 9; Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York, on Saturday, December 12; the Kia Forum in Inglewood on Wednesday, December 16; and the San Jose date on December 19 as the final North American stop.
"THE BEST PLACE II" is a special celebration of Leehom's 30-year career, centered on the message "No matter where we are, wherever we are together is the best place." The North American shows continue the tour's high-standard production, featuring an innovative extended-stage design that brings Leehom closer to the audience, together with immersive visual effects for a multidimensional live experience.
San Jose, at the heart of Silicon Valley, is home to one of Northern California's largest Chinese communities. Wang Leehom is one of the most influential singer-songwriters and musicians in Chinese pop music, with a career spanning more than three decades and countless beloved hits; the tour-closing show is expected to draw large numbers of Bay Area fans.
