Taiwan Finance Minister Chuang Tsui-yun Leads Delegation to APEC Finance Ministers' Meeting in Hong Kong
Taiwan's Minister of Finance Chuang Tsui-yun （莊翠雲） is leading a delegation to the APEC finance ministers' meeting in Hong Kong, which begins on October 20, the Ministry of Finance said on October 18, the Taipei Times reported. The delegation includes Financial Supervisory Commission Vice Chairman Chen Yen-liang （陳彥良） and other financial officials.
The APEC finance ministers' meeting is the Asia-Pacific region's annual forum for finance officials to discuss fiscal, financial and regional economic issues, hosted this year by Hong Kong. Taiwan takes part in APEC meetings under the name 'Chinese Taipei', and the finance ministers' meeting is a fixture of its annual economic diplomacy.
The ministry's announcement did not detail the delegation's agenda or any bilateral meetings.
