Attorney General Bonta Announces $385 Million Settlement With Abbott Over Infant Formula
California Attorney General Rob Bonta and a coalition of states have secured a $385 million settlement with Abbott over infant formula litigation, according to the Attorney General's press release list dated Sept. 21.
The same release list includes a guilty plea and two-year prison sentence in a $400,000 Medi-Cal fraud case and a settlement in the Warner Bros./Paramount litigation. Distribution and enforcement terms of the Abbott settlement are set out in the agreement published by the Attorney General's office.
