University of South Carolina Sells Out All 54 Suites in Williams-Brice Stadium Project

In Columbia, South Carolina, the University of South Carolina athletics department announced on October 20 that suite sales for the Williams-Brice Stadium Reimagination Project are sold out. All 54 suites, including 30 luxury suites, 12 Founders' Suites, and 12 loge suites, have been sold, with only limited inventory remaining for the 100 Level Club.
The university said the new suites were bought by longtime Gamecock Club members, whose average tenure is 22 years. Director of Athletics Jeremiah Donati said selling out all suites before construction on Phase 2 begins is a testament to the loyalty of the fans and the excitement surrounding the project, and that the project has remained on schedule and on budget while achieving every goal established to date. A comprehensive fan survey in July 2024 found that 94 percent of fans supported stadium upgrades.
Phase 1 was completed ahead of the 2026 season and included concourse renovations, new restrooms and concession stands, a new visiting team locker room, and initial improvements to the student section. Phase 2 will begin immediately following the conclusion of the 2026 football season, introducing additional premium seating and completing the student section renovation. Phase 3 will begin following the 2027 season and is scheduled for completion ahead of the 2028 season, with a new videoboard in the southwest corner, a new tower in the southeast corner, and completion of the stadium's exterior upgrades. Legends Global manages premium seating sales and philanthropic fundraising for the project. (GSM, based on University of South Carolina Athletics, Gamecocks Online)
