A further policy meeting follows at 3:00 p.m., and signing time in the Oval Office at 4:30 p.m. The President then departs the White House for Greenville, North Carolina, where he is scheduled to deliver remarks at 7:00 p.m. at Pitt-Greenville Airport, before returning to the White House the same night. The out-of-town travel pool call time is 4:25 p.m. The guidance, issued to the media the day before as is customary, does not disclose in advance the subject of the Oval Office announcement with the Vice President.
