DUBAI — Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE) announced on October 21 that it has delivered the tenth and final Boeing 737-9 aircraft to United Airlines under a sale-and-leaseback agreement signed earlier in 2026, bringing its total fleet on lease to the airline to 26 Boeing 737 and Airbus A320 family aircraft. Chief Executive Firoz Tarapore said the transaction was completed in just three months from document execution to mandate fulfilment. The sale-and-leaseback of the ten 737-9s was executed in partnership with Equator and Mustang, with DAE Capital acting as servicer. The 737 MAX family reduces fuel use and emissions by about 20 percent compared with the jets it replaces.
