FX Renews "American Horror Story" for Season 14 Ahead of the Season 13 Finale on October 29
FX Networks announced on October 20 that "American Horror Story" has been renewed for a 14th season. The renewal lands ahead of the Season 13 finale, set to air on Thursday, October 29.
FX said Season 13 delivered the franchise's biggest streaming debut to date and the largest Hulu and Disney+ launch of co-creator Ryan Murphy's career, and reached Nielsen's Streaming Top 10. The season was a crossover chapter that brought back series veterans including Jessica Lange, Sarah Paulson, Evan Peters, Emma Roberts and Billie Lourd.
On the air since 2011, "American Horror Story" has earned more than 100 nominations and 17 Emmy Awards. This is the series' first renewal since the three-season order (Seasons 11-13) in 2020. The theme, cast and premiere date for Season 14 have not been announced.
