Rams and Angel City FC Players Visit Young Patients at Cedars-Sinai Guerin Children's

Cedars-Sinai in Los Angeles, California, said on Oct. 22 that Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Puka Nacua and offensive lineman Bill Murray joined Angel City FC player Riley Tiernan for a visit with patients and families at Cedars-Sinai Guerin Children's.
The athletes spent time talking with patients, posing for photos and delivering gifts. Catherine Harker, whose son is a patient at Guerin Children's, told the hospital that the family had been there for a while and that a visit from the outside world was special after a long, isolating stay.
Cedars-Sinai is the Rams' official healthcare partner and cares for the team's players throughout the season. The hospital said the visit extended that relationship beyond the field to children and families receiving care.
The hospital is also celebrating five years as the official health partner of Angel City FC. Cedars-Sinai orthopedic surgeon Rachel Triche, the club's chief medical officer, said the partnership lets the hospital care for elite athletes while helping inspire the next generation of women and girls in soccer.
Cedars-Sinai will serve as the presenting partner of Angel City FC's Fan Appreciation Night on Saturday, Oct. 24, when the club hosts Bay FC in its final home match of the season at BMO Stadium, with a dedicated activation space during the pre-game Fan Fest.
