Rapper DaBaby has settled with his ex-girlfriend, singer DaniLeigh, ending a drawn-out court battle over their daughter. According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the two executed a 13-page deal covering custody and support for their 5-year-old daughter, Velour Babyleigh Kirk.

Under the agreement, DaBaby will pay child support on a monthly basis; the amount was not disclosed. TMZ's report did not disclose the remaining terms, including the specific custody schedule.

The legal dispute began in 2024, when DaniLeigh filed a paternity case saying she was their daughter's primary caregiver and asking the court to award her monthly child support. DaBaby responded that he had a very close relationship with Velour and had been very involved in her life since birth, and asked the court to find that he was the girl's legal father and to set child support and joint custody.

As TMZ first reported, DaBaby and DaniLeigh broke up in 2021 after a very public and messy split. Their daughter was born in August 2021. With the 13-page settlement now executed, the paternity and support case the two have litigated since 2024 wraps up on the terms of the deal; neither side had issued a public statement on the settlement terms as of publication.
