The event drew nearly 200 participants from dozens of companies, including Microsoft, Amazon, Google, Apple, NVIDIA, Meta and Databricks, and from the Taiwanese tech community; the report was published on October 28. Representatives of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in San Francisco and the Seattle Culture Center also attended. Event organizer Sun Gui-zhi said the program specially featured career roundtables and a digital interaction platform, bringing together 38 senior executives, 16 managers and 27 students for cross-generational dialogue. Huang Ming-shih, president of the association's Seattle chapter, stressed that by integrating overseas-community resources and inviting Taiwanese youth to join, the chapter not only builds an in-depth exchange platform for U.S.-Taiwan tech talent but also lays a foundation for future industry cooperation and technical dialogue. The first panel brought together executives from Twilio, Microsoft, Databricks and CoreWeave to discuss talent transformation in the AI era; the second panel featured product professionals from Google, Databricks and Amazon backgrounds analyzing the direction of product development from large language models toward agentic AI.
