The City of West Hollywood, in Los Angeles County, California, will hold its annual Halloween Carnaval on Saturday, October 31, from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. The street party takes over Santa Monica Boulevard between N. Doheny Drive and N. La Cienega Boulevard, with free admission, hosted by the City of West Hollywood.

According to the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (Metro), a stage at Santa Monica Boulevard and N. San Vicente Boulevard will feature a live DJ and food trucks, and thousands of people in creative costumes are expected. A City of West Hollywood release dated October 13 confirms the Carnaval takes place on October 31, with details at weho.org/halloween; the city's Recreation Services Division can be reached at (323) 848-6530.

For transit, Metro recommends taking the B Line to Hollywood/Highland Station and connecting to a West Hollywood shuttle running from 6 p.m. to midnight. The boulevard segment will be closed to traffic during the event, and drivers should expect detours and limited parking nearby.
