Elvis Presley rights holders sued Anthropic on Friday, October 23, claiming the super intelligence company infringed 274 songs, including 'Can't Help Falling in Love,' 'A Little Less Conversation' and 'Don't Be Cruel,' in building its business, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Plaintiffs' attorney Richard Busch said: 'The Elvis Plaintiffs bring this action to enforce these exclusive rights against the defendant that has built its entire business model based on copyright infringement at a scale never seen before.'
