Virginia Supreme Court Agrees to Hear Homeschool Athlete Case of Samuel Palmer

The Virginia Supreme Court has agreed to hear the case of Samuel Palmer, a homeschooled athlete whose family is challenging rules that bar homeschool students from public-school athletics, Baptist Press reported on October 26.
The Palmer family is represented by the Founding Freedoms Law Center (FFLC), with attorneys Josh Hetzler and Michael Sylvester and FFLC President Victoria Cobb. The state supreme court will now decide the case.
