Factory Floor Announce First Album in a Decade, One Trip, Due November 27: Double Single Out Now
London electronic band Factory Floor announced on October 27 that their new album One Trip will be released on November 27 via Erol Alkan's Phantasy Sound label. It is the band's first album in ten years, following 2016's 25 25. A double single, 'Continuation/One Trip,' is out now.
According to Resident Advisor's report the same day, Factory Floor released two albums on DFA Records in the 2010s before its members focused on solo work after 2018. The group returned to performing with a 2024 appearance at MUTEK, which triggered a period of renewed collaboration leading to three singles across 2025 and, now, the new album.
One Trip contains ten tracks: 'Continuation,' 'Big Brain,' 'DruuuuM,' 'One Trip,' 'Buzz Saw,' 'Between You,' 'One Two One,' 'Obsessed,' 'Souuuu:D' and 'Greedy.' Phantasy Sound releases the album on November 27.
