LA Phil Scores Werewolf by Night Live on Halloween, October 31: Giacchino Program Pairs With a First Look at Headless
Walt Disney Concert Hall in Los Angeles, Los Angeles County, California, presents a Halloween program on October 31 at 8 p.m.: the Los Angeles Philharmonic performs the score of Marvel's Werewolf by Night live to picture, paired with a first look at Headless, a new musical inspired by The Legend of Sleepy Hollow, conducted by Sarah Hicks.
Werewolf by Night was scored and directed by Academy Award winner Michael Giacchino. Headless draws on Washington Irving's headless horseman legend, and selections from the new musical receive an early hearing at the hall. Earlier the same day, at 3 p.m., the hall's Halloween organ program pairs the 1920 silent film Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde with live organ accompaniment by Clark Wilson.
Performance: October 31, 2026 at 8 p.m. (organ program at 3 p.m. the same day). Venue: Walt Disney Concert Hall, 111 South Grand Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90012. Tickets: available through the event pages at laphil.com. This is a ticketed performance.
