Travelers Launches Super Intelligence (SI) Workers Compensation Quoting Tool "Travis Upload & Go," Cutting Quote Time in Half
HARTFORD, Conn. — The Travelers Companies, Inc. (NYSE: TRV) announced on October 28 the launch of Travis Upload & Go, a super intelligence (SI)-powered quoting tool that streamlines the workers compensation submission process for independent insurance agents serving small businesses, eliminating manual data entry and generating bindable quotes in half the time.
Through the tool, agents upload documents such as ACORD applications, standard industry forms and handwritten notes to initiate a quote. The tool then extracts information from the uploaded documents, prefills account and policy fields, runs eligibility checks automatically, and generates a bindable workers compensation quote in half the time. Travis Upload & Go is accessible to independent agents within Travis, Travelers' rate, quote and issue platform for small business insurance policies.
In an August 2026 Travelers survey of more than 150 small business insurance agents, 77 percent agreed that manual data entry is one of the most time-consuming and least valuable parts of their job, and 54 percent reported spending at least a quarter of their workday on it. "We know speed matters when agents are quoting," said Erin Rodliff, president of Small Commercial at Travelers, adding that the tool removes cumbersome data entry so agents can reinvest the time in customer relationships. Travelers, a Dow Jones Industrial Average component, has more than 30,000 employees and generated revenues of nearly $49 billion in 2025.
