Court Orders Miami Tax Return Preparer Aniel Saint-Hilaire to Permanently Shut Down Tax Preparation Business
Miami — The U.S. Department of Justice announced on October 28 that the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida has issued a permanent injunction against Miami-area tax return preparer Aniel Saint-Hilaire, barring him from the tax preparation business.
Under the injunction, Saint-Hilaire is barred from acting as a tax return preparer or operating a tax preparation business; from preparing tax returns for others or advising on tax-return preparation; from investing in or receiving fees from a tax return preparation business; and from working in or consulting with such a business.
