Las Vegas Harry Reid Airport September Passengers Fall 8.4% to 4.08 Million; First Nine Months Total 38.43 Million, Down 7.3%

Passenger traffic at Las Vegas's Harry Reid International Airport fell 8.4% year over year in September to about 4.08 million arriving and departing passengers, down from 4.45 million in September 2025, continuing the slide in Las Vegas air travel, according to Clark County Department of Aviation figures released October 30. Domestic routes drove the decline: domestic carriers carried about 3.71 million passengers in September, down 9.2%, while international traffic rose 5.9% against the trend to nearly 283,000.
For the first nine months of 2026, the airport handled 38.43 million passengers, about 7.3% fewer than a year earlier; August had also fallen 9%, to about 4.10 million. The airport's decline mirrors a broader softness in Las Vegas tourism.
