China Institute in New York Hosts Stephen Roach Lecture on China's Economy and America's Risks on October 29

China Institute of America, at 100 Washington Street in New York, hosted a lecture titled 'China's Economy, America's Risks — What Lies Ahead?' on October 29 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., with tickets priced from 0 to 15 dollars. The speaker was Yale economist Stephen Roach; the moderator was Susan Yuqing Feng, the Institute's Director of Programs, who previously served as editor-in-chief of Bitpush News and as a columnist for the Chinese edition of the Financial Times, and who has interviewed many world economic and political leaders.
The talk focused on the outlook for China's economy and the risks it poses for the United States. China Institute regularly hosts lectures and cultural programs on China in New York, and the weekday-evening session in Lower Manhattan, near Wall Street, gave New York's Chinese community a chance to hear the analysis in person.
