CCC Intelligent Solutions Holdings Inc., a SaaS and AI platform provider for the insurance economy, announced third-quarter 2026 results on October 29 in Chicago. Total revenue for the three months ended September 30, 2026 was $294.1 million, up 10.1% from $267.1 million a year earlier. Adjusted EBITDA was $130.5 million, up 18.5%, for a margin of approximately 44%.
GAAP gross profit was $218.0 million, a 74% gross margin. GAAP operating income rose to $57.4 million from $30.0 million a year earlier, and GAAP net income was $30.2 million, compared with a net loss of $2.0 million in the prior-year quarter. Adjusted net income was $75.1 million. CCC generated $100.4 million in operating cash flow and $82.5 million in free cash flow in the quarter, ending it with $202.9 million in cash and $1.28 billion in total debt.
The company said its AI-related revenue reached an annualized run-rate of approximately $130 million in the quarter, up 40% year over year, reflecting a shift by insurers from AI experimentation to deployment at scale in core claims workflows. A top-five U.S. insurer also became the largest adopter of CCC's Medhub for Auto Casualty product during the quarter.
Chairman and CEO Githesh Ramamurthy said the results reflect the durability of the business and the trust customers place in the platform. On October 15, CCC agreed to be acquired by a consortium led by GTCR and including Elliott Investment Management for $7.75 per share in cash, an enterprise value of approximately $6.1 billion; the deal is expected to close in the first quarter of 2027. In light of the pending transaction, CCC is suspending guidance and will not host an earnings call.
