Indivior Q3 Net Revenue Rises 13% to $356 Million as SUBLOCADE Hits Record $267 Million; Supernus Merger Set to Close November 2

Indivior Pharmaceuticals reported third-quarter 2026 results on October 29 in Richmond, Virginia. Total net revenue for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 was $356 million, up 13% year over year. Net revenue from SUBLOCADE, its long-acting injectable treatment for opioid use disorder, rose 22% to a record $267 million.
GAAP net income reached a record $137 million, or $1.12 diluted earnings per share, and non-GAAP net income was a record $161 million. Adjusted EBITDA was a record $211 million, up 76%, with an adjusted EBITDA margin of 59%, up 2,100 basis points. U.S. SUBLOCADE net revenue rose 24% to $252 million, driven mainly by 17% growth in dispense unit volume; more than 583,000 U.S. patients have been prescribed SUBLOCADE since launch.
CEO Joe Ciaffoni said the quarter delivered record SUBLOCADE revenue and record adjusted EBITDA, and that the imminent closing of the merger with Supernus will complete all three phases of the Indivior Action Agenda. CFO Ryan Preblick said the company is on track to achieve its previously communicated full-year 2026 guidance excluding the merger's impact, with cash and investments reaching $332 million at quarter end. That standalone guidance called for net revenue of $1,295 million to $1,365 million and adjusted EBITDA of $700 million to $740 million.
Indivior and Supernus announced a merger of equals in August 2026 to create a diversified, CNS-focused biopharmaceutical company, and shareholders approved the deal in October. The merger is expected to close on November 2, 2026, after which the combined company will operate as Supernus, Inc. and trade on Nasdaq under the ticker SUPN beginning November 3.
