Radware (Nasdaq: RDWR), a provider of application security and delivery solutions for multi-cloud environments, on October 28 reported results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2026: quarterly revenue hit a record $84.4 million, up 12% year over year, and cloud annual recurring revenue (ARR) reached $107 million, up 21%.

By region, revenue in the Americas was $39.6 million, in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) $25.6 million, and in Asia-Pacific (APAC) $19.2 million, each up 12% from the third quarter of 2025.

GAAP net income from continuing operations was $4.5 million, or $0.11 per diluted share, compared with $8.2 million, or $0.19 per diluted share, a year earlier. Non-GAAP net income from continuing operations was $13.9 million, or $0.32 per diluted share. The appreciation of the Israeli shekel against the U.S. dollar had a $4.6 million adverse impact on expenses; excluding that exchange-rate impact, non-GAAP net income and diluted EPS would have been $17.8 million and $0.41, up 20% and 24% year over year respectively.

Operating cash flow provided by continuing operations was $15.5 million in the quarter. As of September 30, 2026, the company held cash, cash equivalents, short-term and long-term bank deposits and marketable securities totaling $421.5 million.

Roy Zisapel, the company's president and chief executive officer, said Radware delivered another record quarter highlighted by accelerating revenue growth and continued expansion of its cloud security business, with robust customer demand reflected in cloud bookings and large-deal activity.
