Supernus's all-stock merger with Indivior Pharmaceuticals, Inc. was approved by the shareholders of both companies on October 15, 2026, and is expected to close on November 2, 2026. The combined company, to be named Supernus, Inc., is expected to realize $125 million in annual cost synergies and will begin trading on Nasdaq under the ticker SUPN on November 3. The company noted that if the merger closes as expected, the stand-alone guidance will no longer apply.
