MIAMI, Florida — World Kinect Corporation (NYSE: WKC), operating as World Fuel, on October 29 reported financial results for the third quarter of 2026: revenue rose 41% year over year to $13,271 million, and gross profit increased 15% to $288 million.

GAAP net income was $38 million, or $0.70 per diluted share, up about 35% and 52%, respectively. Adjusted net income was $51 million, or $0.99 per adjusted diluted share, up 83%. Adjusted EBITDA was $127 million. The company generated $175 million in operating cash flow and $164 million in free cash flow. Sales volume fell 6% year over year.

By segment, Aviation gross profit was $148 million, up 4%, primarily on the contribution of the Universal Trip Support Services acquisition, which closed in the fourth quarter of 2025, and growth in the core commercial fuel business, principally in Europe and Latin America. Marine gross profit was $59 million, up 131%, driven by a higher profit contribution from the core resale business and certain physical locations amid increased bunker fuel prices. Land gross profit was $81 million with income from operations of $28 million; Land adjusted income from operations rose 102%, reflecting the land portfolio transformation and a higher contribution from retail and cardlock operations.

World Kinect raised its full-year 2026 adjusted EPS guidance to a range of $3.52 to $3.62 per share, from its prior range of $3.20 to $3.40. For the first nine months of 2026, revenue was $36,547 million and net income was $113 million.

“We delivered another strong quarter, supported by healthy fundamentals in Aviation, strong performance in Marine and continued progress in Land,” said Chief Executive Officer Ira M. Birns. Chief Financial Officer Mike Tejada said the company generated $164 million of free cash flow during the quarter, further strengthening its financial flexibility to invest in the business and return capital to shareholders.
