Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: ALNY), the Cambridge, Massachusetts-based RNAi therapeutics company, on October 29 reported third quarter 2026 total revenues of $1,458.086 million, up 17% from a year earlier, and global net product revenues of $1,291.946 million, up 52%.

Growth was led by the TTR franchise: AMVUTTRA revenues were $1,130.363 million, up 65%, and ONPATTRO revenues were $19.596 million, for total TTR net product revenues of $1,149.959 million, up 59%, driven primarily by increased patient demand in ATTR-CM in the United States. Total Rare net product revenues were $141.987 million, up 12%, with GIVLAARI at $89.487 million and OXLUMO at $52.5 million. Net revenues from collaborations were $71.476 million, and royalty revenue rose 105% to $94.664 million on higher Leqvio royalties from Novartis.

GAAP net income was $2,167.335 million, including a non-cash income tax benefit of approximately $1.9 billion primarily from the release of valuation allowances on deferred tax assets; GAAP diluted earnings per share were $15.72, and non-GAAP net income was $2,241.91 million, or $16.26 per diluted share. GAAP income from operations was $345.798 million.

On the pipeline, the company is expanding target enrollment in the TRITON-CM Phase 3 study of nucresiran, a next-generation RNAi therapeutic for ATTR-CM, from 1,750 to approximately 2,250 patients, while continuing to expect a potential launch by 2030. Initial Phase 1 data for brezosiran in Huntington's disease showed dose-dependent reductions in cerebrospinal fluid mutant huntingtin protein, and the company expects to initiate a placebo-controlled pivotal study in 2027, pending regulatory alignment. 'Our third quarter results reflect the continued growth of our TTR franchise and advancement of key programs with the potential for transformative patient impact,' said Yvonne Greenstreet, M.D., chief executive officer of Alnylam.
