Remaining performance obligations reached a record $18.57 billion at quarter end, up 47.2% year over year, led by the network and communications sector, where mission-critical facilities require substantial electrical infrastructure and cooling systems, with broad growth also in healthcare, water and wastewater, institutional and manufacturing markets.
EMCOR raised its full-year 2026 guidance, lifting expected revenues to $20.6 billion to $21.0 billion from $20.0 billion to $20.5 billion, and non-GAAP diluted EPS to $34.50 to $35.50 from $32.00 to $33.25. The board also authorized an additional $500 million under the existing share repurchase program. Chairman, President and CEO Tony Guzzi said the company continued to outgrow the broader non-residential construction market, reinforcing the depth of demand for its services.
